2024 Chancellor's Challenge 5 km Run/Walk
Accept the Challenge and go the extra mile for students
Join us on Saturday, September 21, 2024, and participate in the fourth annual Chancellor's Challenge. As a champion of Ontario Tech students and education, Chancellor Mitch Frazer created the Chancellor’s Challenge – an annual five-kilometre run/walk to advance the mission of Ontario Tech while raising funds for students. The course winds along Ontario Tech's north campus, starting and finishing at Polonsky Commons. This is an inclusive, non-competitive, pet-friendly community event with no time limit.
Why should you participate?
- Your participation makes a difference! With every registration, you are directly advancing Ontario Tech’s mission while providing essential support for our students.
- New for 2024, participants will choose their fundraising support area. Options include the Ontario Tech Fund for Greatest Needs, the Centre for Digital Innovation in Education, Scholarships and Student Awards.
- It's a fantastic opportunity to have fun, learn and get energized alongside colleagues, alumni, students, friends and family.
How can you join in?
- Register as an individual or gather your squad and create a team before Thursday, September 12, to secure a lunch ticket.
- Start fundraising! Use our Raisin platform to set goals and rally support from your network.

- Make a gift! Every donation counts and gifts of $10 or more are eligible for a charitable tax receipt.
