Business and information technology (IT) are increasingly interconnected. The Faculty of Business and Information Technology (FBIT) is the only business school in Canada to integrate IT into the very fabric of our programs and research.

This fusion addresses a critical gap in traditional business education and prepares graduates to navigate the complexities of a technology-driven global economy.

We cannot understate our pride in our diverse and dynamic faculty. They are leaders in business analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, game development and interactive media.

They foster a culture of cross-disciplinary collaboration, shared purpose and putting people and the planet first. We know that this approach breaks down silos and cultivates new innovations and solutions that are not only profitable but also socially responsible.

The potential amongst our faculty members and students is undeniable. We've created something truly special—an academic environment that not only keeps pace with the rapid changes in the business and technology landscapes but anticipates and drives those changes. This environment attracts top talent and fosters a sense of belonging and mutual respect, making it easier to explore and expand interests across disciplines.

With the high-calibre research outputs and graduates from FBIT, we have the power to transform not only our university but also the broader community and economy.

Your investment in our faculty is an investment in our future.
